I love 2-store windows and round rooms, and this house has them a lot.
The moment I saw it i decided to build one to spoil my little simmies, and, by the way, it looks great from the neighborhood.
It has a lot of space to have the most crazy parties you can emagine, and, though, he is so big, he costs unfurnished ~72000.
In the furnished version i added a lot of expansive stuff so it costs ~200000.
But even a family with 100000$ can live there nicely

It's very nice and big, really mansion type.

On the first floor you have
*hall and coridor
*kitchen
*livingroom
*dining room
*breakfast corner
*master bedroom
*study room
*2 bathrooms

on the 2nd floor
*2 bedrooms
*4 bathrooms
*playing room
*pool table room
*coridor

Also you have 2 cars garage (which is attached to foundation)
and a big garden.

This house is suitable for a family with 2 kids, but can be expanded and rearanged to have 4,5 more bedrooms.
