It is clothing mesh with original maxis texture ( ready for recoloring! I would be very happy if some of you did recolors 
) not showerproof unfortunately.
The screens ( as always ) were taken in an unfit ( fat ) mode ( fit mode is a bit slimmer ) .
Again there is the same a problem with hands like the one with females, but in males it's not so visible. The mesh doesn't replace anything original in the game.
