Well, you know, it's not easy when your sims have a lifetime dream like 'Having 10 children' . My sims often do, so room is never enough and I built this home for them, tryin' to maximize the space as much as I could, but without making rooms as small as a mice hole.

So this is a 4x3 lot, that your sims can buy for almost 125,000 §. As it comes, it has 3 bedrooms and 5,5 bathrooms. But, as you will see, it has a lot of spare room you can use as you want.

It has a BASEMENT with:
- 1 Bathroom
- 1 throughway spare room (where you can put your game room and/or gym)
- An Internal Pool Area (well, if you don't need it you can destroy it and build more rooms. Ehm, remember to put an access door to this area. I forgot it )

GROUND FLOOR
- Kitchen
- Dining Area
- Living Room
- Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom
- WC room
- 2 Cars garage

SECOND FLOOR
- 2 Bedrooms, each one with its own Ensuite Bathroom (so your sims won't quarrel to have a shower :D)
- 1 Bathroom (just in case... :D)
- 1 Spare room (to use as a study or a nursery or one more bedroom)
- Sitting Area (if you need to, you can close the 'Open to below' area and add at least one more room)

MANSARD
- Well, this is only a spare room you can use as you want. There's enough space to build at least 2 more bedrooms or anything else.

As you can see, you can easily modify it and fit it to your sims' needs .

Let's check out the custom content (included):

- Thanks to Grapholina for Chocolate Shingles Wall, from Grapholina.com
- Thanks to windkeeper for La Fenetre Round Window from MTS2
- Thanks to roddyaleixo for Invisible Driveway from MTS2
- Thanks to simnuts101 for the Petit Trianon Collection of doors and windows from MTS2: Part 1 and Part 2
- Thanks to Numenor for Wooden recolorable modular stairs from MTS2

I hope I did not forgot anything .

Some warnings:

- most internal lights (and some curtains) were put using the boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false cheat. This means that if you want to replace them and put the new ones in the same position you have to use the same cheat .

- if you want to replace pavements on the GROUND FLOOR, you'll see that it doesn't let you replace tiles in some places near the house limit walls. That's because of the windows in the basement that are right under those tiles. All you have to do is going to the basement level and downleveling the terrain before the windows. Now you can put the new tiles on the ground floor. Then just uplevel the terrain as it was before .

- this home comes unfurnished, except for the bathrooms.

- because I have all EPs, I don't know which ones are needed exactly.

Well, that's all. I hope you and your sims enjoy it .
