Aren't you bored to be forced to go to community parks to have a walk in the green?

Do your teen sims make their parents go crazy because their little home has not enough room for their noisy parties?

Your sim does wish a 5000 § game, but you don't know where the hell to put it?

Well, maybe here is the final solution to your problems!

This is a huge 2 floors mansion, with a large basement and a large mansard, 3 cars garage, pool, private park and whatever your sims can wish!


UNDERGROUND:

- 3 cars garage
- 2 small bathrooms
- A very large room (place already set for another kitchen and enough space for your personal bowling lanes)
- 1 ball/concert room (just put the lights!)


GROUND FLOOR

This home comes unfurnished. Well, it's a huge file itself. Don't you think?

And finally the price is about 220,000 §.
