Hi all. This is a contemporary and modern style house, placed on a 4x3 size lot.

It features a wide living area, built according to the open space concept, including kitchen, dining and family room.

There are 3 full bathrooms, with an additional powder at the first floor, so you can easily avoid bad embarassing bladder incidents.

This house has potentially 6 bedrooms, as one of them was turned in the gym room in the furnished version, and the sixth one is now the study at the first floor, which has already a cabinet, and its own full bathroom.

Furthermore a large game room is provided, for your sims to have all the fun they want. And if they get annoyed, they can always make a dive in the tiny pool on the back, or take relax in the jacuzzi placed on the nice patio in the back.

For future expansions, a stair is already placed to take your sims to the basement below.

A few mods were used (all from MTS):
Get to work, Get Together, Spa day, Outdoor retreat, Get to work, Perfect Patio Stuff Cool Kitchen, Luxury Stuff are required EPs / SPs

This house was freely inspired by a real houseplan, which you can see in the one of the pictures attached. As you can see, I made some changes in the exteriors (according to what's best for the game view) and transformed the garage in the game room, as our sims can't own a car yet (and I confess that I regret this).

This is one of my first creations with the TS4, and still getting mad, as I'm used to TS2 build mode. Anyway I hope you like it, and your sims could enjoy it.
