I strongly wanted to build a starter home, so here is what I got.
This is a two storeys home with:
- Basement
- 1 car garage (another car can be placed on the external driveway)
- Kitchen + Dining Area
- Living area
- 2 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms

To keep this home as cheap as possible, I used some of the cheapest items I have in my catalogue. You need to download the following items for this lot to look as like as it is shown in the thumbnails at the bottom of this topic:
- From Mango-Sims:
Moquette Neige floor and Briques en appareil droit grises wall. You find both in Meubles -> Chambres -> Pag. 3 -> Set Louisa -> 2 sols et 3 papier peints
- From Wallsims:
1) wallsims_floor_zebre01 floor and wallsims_wall_zebre04 from WS_SET_ZEBRE. You find it in Walls and floors -> Pag. 2
