Well, this has been my first upload. Situated on a 2x3 titles plot, has a 4 flats, all with terrace, then one with bonus room on highest floor; whole lot consist a small backyard with just few trees. It's a good place for your own fantasy, I don't know - kids garden, pool, barbecue place... Download and build whatever you imagine

As it for is few families, it could be difficult to play on it. It's just enought to say, that I've never played on this lotI just put it in neighbourhood 'cause it look nice i think
