Not many know of the MMO called Anarchy Online, but I play it myself (Look out for Blackruby !)

Anyway, this is a lot I made that looks like the Apartments that you can get if you Win the upgrade (or had a pre-order of Shadowlands).

They are unfurnished, well not entirely, they have a small bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, a look out room with some chairs, and a kitchen with everything, but a dishwasher.

The lot itself is 7 Stories high, but there are only 6 apartments, bottom floor has a gym and a sitting area for sims to read books together.

The backyard has a barbeque and dance area, and a little hillside leading down to a beach (be warned- rumours say there are sitings of horrible giant rocks that can hurt (for those who dont know thats a mob in the game rofl))

This lot is on a 5x5 lot size, and costs $353,802

The sims use an elevator to reach each floor, each apartment is connected to the elevator (Which will take them directly into their apartment!)

It has beautiful view of anywhere you place it (looks best near water or on a cliff) And it looks really effective if you have many of these apartments close together.

Each apartment can be individually furnished- it was built on a stage so it has a sunken viewing area for each apartment.

There are 4 carpark spots for some sims to park cars they may own.
