The " This Is Free Sample" Sign ~.. Good for opening small business, serve it at open place and put this sign. Invite them to taste your food and they will buy more

All Item can be free... IF you don't mark them for sale :D

the "freeSample"sign work best with OMSP-Table/desk. It is tested and it does not prevent any sim from taking any food.

Even this cake from Cowplant can be free.. hehehehe :D
