This is a recolor of a Maxis sign. Open for Business is required for this sign to show in your game. Ever think about opening a furniture shop? Well, this is the sign you need. Sims will come from everywhere because your furniture shop sign is in such good taste and sooooo elegant. "I want some of that furniture!", all your sims will say.
