This is a recolor of a Maxis sign. Open for Business is required for this sign to show in your game. Ever think about opening a furniture shop? Well, this is the sign you need. Sims will come from everywhere because your furniture shop sign is in such good taste and sooooo elegant. "I want some of that furniture!", all your sims will say. Please don't forget the thankyou button. Also comments are welcome. We all need our ego's stroked occassionally.

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.
