No Jealousy Unless Married/Engaged/Going Steady

Fixed a problem relating to the Base Game version that could potentially cause errors. This only effects users who have just the base game.

Update 09-09-06:
Fixed a problem that was reported by kjaydeck3 where a sim viewing a date reward, such as the Dream Date Bouquet, belonging to a sim they're romantically involved with would become jealous if it was from another person even though they're not married to, engaged to or going steady with that sim. Also fixed a problem in one of the jealousy checks where I was using the sim's Object IDs when I should have been using their Neighbor IDs. And I have uploaded a version that sould work for those who don't have any EPs installed.


Will make it so that only sims who are married, engaged or going steady will be jealous of one another, other sims will not experience jealousy no matter the level of their LTR and STR.

I have tested this with NL but should work with other EPs. Feedback appreciated by those who have OFB or those who only have Orig or Uni.
