Compact IX - 2x2 Affordable Panoramic Loft

Hi Folks!

The very unique shape of this 2x2 lot makes it suitable for mountainous terrains, preferably on the top of a hill, since its' 2nd floor offers a nice panoramic view (biig windows) in all directions. Besides this, here are some characteristics of the lot:

. It's relatively cheap - 19.949 simoleons. But it's unfurnished!
. There's an elevator from ground to 2nd floor (straight). Your sims also can make use of the stairs, if it breaks (it happens, when they woohoo in there).
. The 1st floor is very spacious and cozy, thanks to the nice loft and the brick walls. Actually, most of them aren't really walls, but a "suspended" basement - that's why you'll need to use the moveObjects on cheat if you want to hang pictures on them.
. The 2nd floor offers room enough for a small family. You can use the front room (divided by the elevator) as a small studio, reading/studying room and/or a TV room.
. For those who don't like to play with hidden walls, the big windows make easier to see the sims in the 1st and 2nd floors at the same time.
