Compact XVI - 2x2 Spacious 3 Stories Lot for Big Families

Hi Folks!

Based on Compact XV thread it seems that most of you (2:1 proportion) prefer already furnished lots, even with Maxis itens. No problem with that - I'll try to post furnished and unfurnished versions from now on. As a matter of fact, that's a chance to use some of the MTS2 creators' great stuff - and, of course, it's a chance to show our appreciation for their effort and press their Thanks button. Here are the main characteristics of this 3 story compact:
. 2x2 size as usual, no basement garage this time. Instead, I've put a nice indoor pond in the ground floor.
. The furnished version costs 85.932 smls; the unfurnished version costs 33.571 (it comes with lamps and several decor itens). As I said, most of the itens in the furnished version are Maxis'. The included CCs are listed below.
. The lot comes with 4 bedrooms (1 nursery), 3 bathrooms, TV and reading room, living, dining, kitchen and three terraces. Space enough for a big family.
