Compact XIV - 2x2 Spacious Loft with Indoor Garden

Hi Folks,

Compact XIV is a homage to the coolest house I've seen in my childhood. It was a big house, very modern design, but the cool thing was the huge indoor garden, including a tree and A LOT of plants. Pretty different, huh? Well, this is not a big house, but one quarter of it is dedicated to this internal garden. Your "nature" sims will love it. Here are the characteristics:

1) It's a 2x2 loft with two baths, kitchen, living and garden integrated. The garden can be seen from everywhere and it's very inspiring. Your artist sims will have a nice subject for paintings.
2) All the windows are completely transparent (except in the bathrooms, for obvious reasons) and not translucid as usual. Unlike the others, the windows near the garden are frameless.
3) The lot is unfurnished, but it comes with all the plants you see in the pics. I've left some lamps also, but as soon as possible make your sim buy some more, especially wall lamps and floor lamps for the garden. That's how I've created the nice ambient light for the photos.
4) The lot costs 23.945 simoleons, but you can easily transform it in a starter, since most of the content are decoration itens.
