This compact, desert based home is the perfect home for sims looking to start their life, or hide from the life they already have.

This house, featuring a few palm trees and cacti, has three floors (including the roof), has a small kitchen, tv area, single bed, study area (with bookcase and computer), and a roofspace (with a BBQ and a telescope to look out for anyone out to get you!). It also has an outhouse containing a toilet and a shower.

This house is suitable mainly for a single sim, but could be used for two sims (with some modifications to the furniture layout).

The cost for the house is 18,675.

The house is built on a 2 x 2 sized lot.

Due to some items used, this house requires the University, Nightlife and Open for Business expansion packs.

This house has no custom content, and was checked with clean installer.
