This is a recreation of the main character's house from the Gamecube (and PS2) game "Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life". It is from the second chapter of the game (when your character is first married, and your child is still a toddler), and suits a small family.
Cost: $35,574
Lot Size: 3x3
It is fully furnished, and has had some basic testing, and has been checked with Clean Installer.
It has two main rooms. The first is a main room with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a TV plus other furniture. The second room is a kitchen/diner. Also attached to the kitchen/diner are two small rooms, one with a toilet, and the other with a shower. You don't actually see the inside of these rooms in the actual game, but I have guessed at what is in them by the clues given in the actual game.
Has a kennel and pet food dish outside as well.
The house looks bigger than in the game, but only because if it was as small as it was in the game, you wouldn't fit all the furniture in there!
Most of the stuff included in the house is maxis' original furniture. The exceptions are:
-Log/Trunk walls by Z_Splat, found here. This is included with the lot.
-Log/Trunk corner walls by Z_Splat, found here. This is included with the lot.
The lot also includes two recoloured and realigned (in at least one of the items) versions of Maxis' original flooring and paneling:
-Reworked slimming oak parquet floor (maxis). Recoloured, etc, by myself (jerichoholictufcfan). Is included in the lot.
-Modified 70's Dark Wood paneling (maxis). Recoloured, etc, by myself (jerichoholictufcfan). Is included in the lot.
Please view the pictures to see what the house looks like. Apologies for the quality of the actual Harvest Moon shots, as they were taken with a camera phone looking at my TV as I couldn't find any proper pics of that house.
Due to items used (and because I have Nightlife installed), the house requires all four eps so far (Uni, Nightlife, OFB & Pets).
