My first ever upload!

Large one-story, fully-furnished home for the sims family who loves their sport w/mock 'football/soccer' pitch in back garden, with a "game" going on as we speak!

Includes:

- Large Master Bedroom w/En-suite Bathroom

- 1 Kids Room (for up to 2 kids)

- 1 "Guest" Room (w/double bed)

- Second Bathroom

- Spacious and cosy Living Room

- Kitchen and Dining Room

- Fully Fitted Gym/Games Room

- Large Garden with mock football pitch, lots of seating and BBQ!


Additional Comments:

- Couldn't make a proper goal, so just put posts there (and no ball!).

- Before you ask, you can't play football/soccer on it!

- May work on the original game, but definately works on University upwards.

- Price Fully-furnished is ~ $260K, but ~$50K if you remove the furniture.

- No custom files as far as I am aware, but if there are, contact me.
