This unusual house (with the main part of the house on the fourth floor), was created by Pleasantview's infamous Professor Jeff Biscuit. He created it for his brother, who believed that Pleasantview would be completely flooded in a few years. He then decided to move to Liechtenstein, leaving the house free. Professor Biscuit then decided to sell the house to a loving sim.

It is fully furnished, costs around 262K, and is perfect for either a batchelor who wants a snazzy new pad, or a small family.
