This is my very first upload, so take care of it! I want to thank PlasticBox's Bigger Attics Tutorial for allowing the possibility of the Bonus Room on the second story. This just so happens to be my first Practical use of the Floor Elevation cheat. Finally, the only Custom Content in the lot should be the Cone Trees around the front door and windows. I'm not sure where i got them from, but credit goes to whoever made 'em.

In the original Blueprints for this house, the Bar in the kitchen was supposed to be diagonal. After some testing, the Sims coudn't sit and eat there, and woudn't use it for counter space, so i turned it accordingly. If you want the diagonal bar, just say so, and if enough want it i'll post it. Till then, here are some pics :3
