I've been gathering different layouts from certain websites, this one was simple and yet cozy, and seemed like another way to help me get more comfy with the CFE cheat, so, another thanks to the 'Bigger Attics Tutorial'!
This house features two porches on the front and the back, a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an Office, with a combined dining/kitchen area. It's all tucked into a cozy 2x3 long lot. Sadly, it's priced at a steep 42K
