The Nexus Beach Dorm's are the state of the art, down to Earth, close to the beach Dorm's every Uni student wishes they could have.

Well now they can.


The Nexus Beach Dorms features 12 Furnished Dorms (One of them a Deluxe Dorm for the "favourite" student).

These Dorms are right up close to the beach, so let the beautiful sounds of waves sooth the minds of your students, throw beach parties for all to enjoy, grab a tan on the beautiful white sands, or go watch that wonderful sunset on your very own Jetty (which you can dive off into the ocean!).


I really hope you find these Dorm's great, I play tested them myself, and all the pathing works fine.

Your sims can actually jump off the jetty (Im very proud of that part!), and straight into the ocean, however they will look to be swiming under the water when you move them, but they can exit out of the water like normal, and when stationary will appear on top of the water.

Please do not upload this to the Exchange (That's MY job not yours ^^), any paysites, or anywhere else for that matter, I will find out.
