At the Brickley Arms, sims may choose from 2 sizes of luxury apartments - a half-floor, two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (2 units available on the 2nd floor); or a full floor-sized unit containing 2 bedrooms +den, 3 bathrooms, a living room, formal dining room, and family area (1 unit available on each of the 3rd and 4th floors). All units have balconies overlooking the outdoor common area. There are minimal furnishings included. The central lobby contains a wrought iron staircase and an elevator.

Common areas are all on the ground floor, and consist of an indoor pool & spa room with sauna, and a recreation area with kitchenette, mahjongg, chess, train table, books, and easels. Doors lead out of these spaces to an active green space, containing an outdoor eating area, a pool, playground, soccer practice field, basketball courts, and a quiet garden space.
