This has been a long 3 weeks of trial and error, and error... and error! before I felt positive these 3 little ladies were ready to share :P

Here is my representation of the famous Victorian homes you will find all over San Francisco. Some are brightly painted, most are unique to each other, and they are known as "The Painted Ladies" by tourist and neighbors alike.

There are 3 Painted Ladies here, all snug up to each other, but only the 2 on the end had room for a garage. The one who lives in the middle will just have to take a cab

Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, 1 each downstairs for guests and 3 each upstairs. The Master Bedroom has a private balcony and walkthrough closet that connects to the Master Bath. The other 2 bedrooms also have their own private baths. Each house shares identical floor plans, and each are done in different matching color themes to their exterior colors. Only the first (Plum) house is fully furnished with ALL Maxis items to give you a general idea of how you might like to place things. The rest are wallpapered but empty of furnishings and ready for you to decorate.

This lot is huge, the biggest TS2 will allow, so the extra space behind the Victorian Triplex is a Home-Business building for whatever you would like to use it for. Have your Simmies start saving their simoleons because they are sure to be delighted with this 3 Family Home & Buisness Lot.... the price is only §419,139!

The Lot has been packed clean with Sims2Pack Clean Installer. Some Maxis wallpapers and/or items of furnature may not show up for you if you do not have all 4 EPs. You will still be able to play with it though, any missing items will automatically be replaces with something similar, or will leave an empty space for you to fill
