No one expected them....
They came uninvited.....
They came to invade our planet in their expedition for..... HUMAN pets!
They are known as the race of Doofus, and they come from a distant planet known as "DUH".
Returning home they were pleased with their capture... an eager and willing human pet called Joe Shmoe.
Not exactly the prize they had hoped to snag, but hey, it was late, and dogs weren't allowed into the Game Developer's Conference where their radars had spotted the very rare speciman they came for in the first place known as a 'Will Wright'.
Oh well...you can't have everything
