I made minor adjustments to the floor plan both per the requestor's instructions and to ensure the home is Sim-friendly.

Following the Dudedew's request, I did not "furnish" this lot; however I have included a piece of Maxis furniture in each room to identify the layout (see MTS2 attachment thumbnails). The pool is not included, as the requestor only wanted a spacious yard to add a pool and garden himself.

The pictures below depict the family who moved in to test this lot in my game and are for illustrative purposes.
