I started these in Jan as a tutorial lot for my Apartments on a foundation with a backyard tutorial. Had the first unit fully finished by Feb and then the last 6 months I haven't looked at them. Home with covid so thought I'd get some unfinished projects done.

3 units here
One and Two are fully decked out three I have left as a starter unit, or just a generic one for NPCs to live in.

Each unit has
Open plan kitchen, living and dining
bathroom downstairs
two bedrooms upstairs ensuite on master and balcony off master
Each has a private back yard.

PLEASE NOTE
To get apartments on a foundation to work with enclosed private yards you need to have an invisible staircase around the stairs down to the yard. This however does not stop your sims from enjoying their personal oasis. Make sure you check the invisible staircase in when installing with Clean Installer because if you don't the apartments won't function and you won't be abl;e to move anyone in there. The only 2 things you really need in the 'required' downloads is the Ascot fence and the optic shutter. The rest is just eye candy!
