Hi, this is a house I built for Popydpop from Plan No. 17-296 from the www.globalhouseplans.com.

I have partly furnished this with Maxis stuff, and decorated all walls in a neutral colour. The only CC is two floors I made, as well as a door (teko_pb_door_diagonal.package) which was made by Teko at www.reflexsims.de

The house will cost your sims just over $33,000, and is on a 2x3 lot.

I have only planted a few trees, as I don't like the gardening aspect of building houses hehe.
