Based on a dress by Dynasty Online.
Made with Legacy Bodyshop, so it should work with any version of the game.

I made an Adult/Young Adult version first and copied the textures to a teen mesh afterwards, so the straps on the teen version looks a bit odd.
I had to take some liberties with the design of the back, because of the weird little dangly thing on the maxis mesh. I prefer using maxis meshes...

My usual distribution policy applies: Do what you want with it.
