The house was built on a 3x3 lot. It costs $34,358.
Made with UNI, NL, OFB and Pets expansion packs installed
and requires them all to work properly.

The ground floor features an eat in kitchen, living room, reading area, 1 full bathroom, sun shaded patio, covered carport, multiple
square ponds and 2 delightful gardens, one of which is partially covered by a 2nd story atrium.

The 2nd floor features a large open deck area, 1 master bedroom, 3 smaller bedrooms and 1 full bath.
This house is unfurnished, with the exception of a few streetlights that were sunk into the ponds.

Not Included, but highly suggested:

I wasn't able to figure out the name of the invisible fountain recolor (Lying Fisherman by pfish) that I used in the center of the gardens
amongst the recolors listed in Clean Installer when I packaged the lot- so I cleared all of the unidentifyable ones out.
