New Spanish Beach House (old one improved)

This is the same house that I built for sunny O. But I was not happy with the older one, so I took the liberty of redoing it and improving it. I even put in the elevators. All the elevators work.. I made a test dummy and he used the whole house just fine. If anyone should find any problems, please let me know so I can fix them. Changes made are:
I put in the elevators
Fixed the stairs,
The front of the house is now more accurate to the blue prints
the third floor dressing room is bigger like it was supposed to be
Alll the walk in closets have shelves and so does the third floor dressing room
put in more landscaping
put walls in for the hallways and dining room on the third floor
the master bathroom now has a more accurate tub, and yes it works
I moved the doors to the balcony on the third floor because you couldn't walk out to the balcony before
If you see the original blue prints, then you will see that on the second floor- the one with the kitchen- there is a room full of just counters- that is the utility room. so if you have a washer and a dryer, it goes there. next to that is a tiny room with one counter in it. thats where the water heater would have gone.

this house uses all the expansion packs and the smaller "stuff" packs- FFS and GL. The only expansion pack not needed is pets. I recommend installing this house with clean installer. I read that you can have this house without the required EP's if you use clean installer.

there is no custom content. I furnished this house with basically the bare minimum so that you will know where certain rooms are.
