Here is the spanish beech house, that I built for sunnyO.
THIS HOUSE REQUIRES NIGHLIFE AND UNIVERSITY.
There is supposed to be on the third floor, in the master bathroom, a raised spa tub, but without OFB, it just isnt possible to my knowledge. Also the stairs on the third floor are supposed to be raised, but again, without OFB, i couldn't do it. And the columns in the front of the house, there are originally supposed to be only one set and then walls going straight up behind them, but it was not possible either. I left the shafts for the elevator, in case anyone should have OFB and want to finish or modify this house. This house has two floors and the garage on the main floor. I have tried my best that I know of to keep this house as close to the original blue prints as possible; keeping in mind that I have only the use of two expansion packs for this particular lot.

there might be a few flaws in the design plan, but i had a hard time with the blue prints, i couldn't get them to print correctly. my apologies. other than that, ENJOY!

Requires nightlife and university as stated above.
This lot is on the largest lot I could find; 5x6- huge lot
