I have not landscaped the outside because I am just getting the winter into my neighborhoods. You can do the outside landscaping anyway you want. But there is tons of landscaping in the atrium which is in the center of the house.This house has a ground level atrium garden that your sims will love. There are four sets of stairs down to the atrium then the main floor is up on the foundation. The house is round so the atrium can be seen from every room. There is a hall so that you do not have to walk through bedrooms and baths to get to other rooms. There are two elevators and two sets of stairs to the 2nd floor. This is a hugh house but it doesn't slow down my game at all. Most walls, floors, recolors are either Maxis, or mine.
