The villa Choucarde is a luxurious large house built on a riverside.

You access the building crossing an arched bridge then reach the pool side and the main access threw terraces to a large entrance atrium perfect to organize large parties.
In the riverside garden Sims can have a rest after fishing or swimming.
In the right wing you find the restful tropical livingroom in the greenhouse. (If you prefer you can change the fridge by a bookcase).

The other part of the level is for living room and kitchen.

Climbing the large stairway you reach the private livingroom ant the three bedrooms with bathrooms, twins one is on last level. Three cars and bicycles are provided (about 100 000§)
