It is just a starter I built to test the useful Numenor's BaseGameStarter *PRO* for moving a lot beetwen Eps. I use the MaryLou's base game version of the andi8104 1*1 lot. As I found it funny I decided to share it with you, and perhaps to give you some ideas for the use of this very useful program (the cheat to build under the road dont work with later Eps).


This starter is made for a familly with a children and some pets in the garden, with a swimingpool included, of this very tiny lot.

The images are from the pets EP but the lot is packaged with UNI, so there is no pets stuff you have 4000 § to buy it if you use this Ep.

There is no CC and enougth room here to thanks again MaryLou, Numenor and andi8104 for their fantastic job.
