Here is another stone house, I seem to just like the way they look. This one is quite a bit larger than my previous one.

All other recolors by me. I just made some furniture white for the blue and white master bedroom, and recolored my dining tables and chairs whilte.
They are all simple recolors of maxis objects and should cause no problems or slowing in game.


Edit : Im pretty sure this needs university and OFB. I have the Pets expansion installed, but am pretty sure that it will work without it.
