Small and Tall - An Residential Lot



Okay, here we are again... I've been practising my house building after getting some hints on it from people and after 10 smaller houses I finally decided to upload one. I've been hearing about the house size and specially about not making the house look like a box. Well, in this case it basically is a box but rather interesting one. I'm sure you have seen these kind of houses a lot but for me it took 2 hours to figure out the stairs. So this house which I call "small and tall" basically is a small house which is 4 floors high. I was thinking how one Sim could live in it while gaining skill points, working, dating... just a house for a Sim who doesn't need family. Obviously there are ways to expand the house very easy so basically you can even fit a 4 member family in it. And now, please read the texts under this since it is very important!

The small and tall house costs 69 996 simoleans and it's size is 1x1 but that basically doesn't make sense so please do look below for more information on this custom size.


:: ATTENTION ! IMPORTANT ! ::

For this house you do not need items as custom content but you do need an extra lot size (it's the 1x1 sized one) which can be found from Marylou's "Lots of Lots - Mini residential Lots" collection. Without this the house will not work. Thank you Marylou!

I'll also apologize for not looking if I used any Glamour Life and Family Fun items in this house so I sadly have to say this house requires them just in case. Though you can try install it but I don't know what happens if you don't have these packs. But what is required for sure is Nightlife and Pets. But like said, I have no idea what happens... probably the items just don't show up?


:: OTHER NOTES ::

I colored the house with brown/near enough items (and walls and floors) since I wanted to avoid my habit of making one room pink, second green... and this way it is way more easy for you to change the walls and floors if you desire. And like mentioned, if you want to have extra space and you don't care about the chimneys on the roof; just destroy it and add items there.
