Mod The Sims - Pearl Avenue - BaseGame Lot, no CC

Hi
I wanted to create a house that looks comfortable even without custom content. This is what turned out.

Two floors, furnished, a garden, balconies - space for a small family =)
I had no EP installed when creating this house so it works without any!
