It’s really difficult to find that perfect starter house. I take starter homes very seriously because I usually end up playing with them even after my sims become significantly wealthy. I grow very attached to them. Besides, it’s a great money saver on those monthly bills. Since I’m a big fan of simplicity, symmetry and the Craftsman architectural style I decided to make this little starter to kick-start the lives of your future simmies.

For best results place the lot near a water source such as that found in Bluewater Village.
