This residential lot is inspired by the Gothic Revival movement which occurred during the Victorian era. It has an interesting combination of Victorian elegance and Gothic morbidness.

The Gothic Revival residence is built on a 3x3 lot. It contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; therefore it is perfect for a family of up to 8 members. The lot goes for about 314,000 simoleons at most.

This lot was made with OFB and thus it requires this EP to work. This lot is completely hack free.
