Moderna Conquista

I created this lot a long while ago as part of a series of lots called Moderna Conquista or Modern Conquest. The idea for this series is the meeting of modern architecture with nature where they both live in harmony.

This lot in particular has been up at the Exchange for quite a while now. I figured, now that GLS came out, I'd give it a more "glamorous" makeover and upload it to the MTS2 community. It is the first lot where I actually went all out and tested out by boolProp abilities. I hope you guys enjoy it!

Specifications:
Moderna Conquista is built on a 2x2 lot. It has 3 bedrooms, one is a game room, and 2 bathrooms. It has 3 floors (the ground floor is for garage space), and it cost approx. 220,000 simoleons.

This lot requires GLS to play. It is hack free and contains MOST CC seen in the photographs with the exception of the cars, a plant, and large vase among others. The CC included are listed in the list below.
