There is lace and some other minor special things on it
And because the baby needs to be all comfy and warm the slip covers the whole belly ^^ well... it's not because of these reasons but anyway ^^
No mesh needed
But you need to get the pregnant sims wear anything hack
You can find this under sleepwear, swimwear and sleepwear...
You can get the hair I used at PeggySims (but it's pay... so, sorry....)
The lovely lips are also up for downloading at PeggySims...
