The Turning Estate

The Turning Estate is a large and grand looking home, but furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style. I built this lot when the huge oak, maple, and cottonwoods were turning bright shades of red and orange and yellow. It's really a beautiful time for Texas! The lot includes:

-Kitchen/dining area
-Formal living room
-Family Room
-Office
-Computer room/den
-Game Room
-4 bedrooms
-4 bathrooms
-Pool and outdoor entertaining
-One car side garage

The home is built on a 4x4 (large) lot and it costs §315,587. This lot contains walls and floors made by me, one wall made by Kollormn, and two terrain paints not made by me. I could not find their original creators. There is also two objects by MaxoidMonkey, the Alienware Computer, and the Divide and Conquer Room Divider.
