HI, this is my second house and I think its better than the first one, its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, a large living area, kitchen/dining room and bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms and the second bathroom on the first floor, there is a small balcony accesible from both bedrooms, the outdoor are features a hot tub and a lovely wooded area with a pond, it is fully furnished with all maxis objects and no hacks. made with Uni installed it costs 151,010. any feedback would be great, I hope you all enjoy this house
