Well here we are in 2007
This time I decided to bring all the Elements together.
This lot is The penthouse remember the cas Screens I did well this was like so much I decided to build the whole thing, now your Sims Can really explore The Penthouse, two Sims don’t have to be family could be just friends one lives in pent house at top and the other in the flat on the bottom floor, both very nice
Fully furnished both living areas to buy this lot is around 209,605 simolen

Hints & Tips
to run 2 seprate sims, just change the door and say allow only me, on the sim you have that way the other sims cant get into the penthouse or the flat.
also the bathes when i put it in put it the wrong way in so just rotate ok
