GTAIV Series: Playboy X's Penthouse

This is Playboy X's Mansion from GTAIV. After cricling the apartment building by helicopter & on foot a few times, I was finally able to get this building as accurate to the game version as I could. I also included some basic luxury apartments on the 4 floors in between, each with a different layout. More details below.

If you think your game will lag a lot with this lot, you can always download unfurnished, & just decorate the penthouse or any of the apartments & leave the rest of the building emty
