If you follow a little the downloads availlable here, you can't have miss the wonderful alex stanton 1983 palm and tropical trees. Using these, I made a community lot where your sims wil be able to admitre them in each season.
After the visit there is a books and souvenirs shop

- As the stuff is near the same (except 2 tiles and some terrain paints) all the custom content is in the "...STUFF".rar file
