a small house on a 2x3 lot (i think) which costs 34,400 simoleons. myself and a friend made it, and think it is a very good looking house.
it is unfirnished, and for the most part, unwalled so you can change it to suit any family. it has all the perks, a pool, a built in garage, a very cool roofline, bay window, fireplace, and a cool outdoor corner with a roof.
a well thought out, detailed house.
in a tudor revival style.
