It is unfurnished and costs about 64K Simoleons.
It includes Inge's half landing stairs (that I am so in love with!), so it probably requires some kind of expansion pack. You can find her stairs and tell her how much she rocks HERE.
The house itself is a very cheerful yellow, partly because I was being egged on by a five year old to make it MORE yellow. There are some custom walls and floors made by me in a mainly country theme to fit the "feel" of the house. Everything that is not a wall, floor, or Inge's stairs is Maxis made. The house has been checked and rechecked with Clean Installer to make it ready for you to use!
