Winterbrook, a 5 bedroom 3 bath moderate home

This home was made on request, so I hope it suits.



This is the view of the front porch. (Yes, I've recycled the copper roof floor tile from the Welcoming Country Home, I like it that much.)

This home has a two car garage with enough room for a workshop of some type, whatever your homeowner likes. There are three bathrooms and five bedrooms, but of course one could always repurpose the rooms as needed. You could tear down those walls, Mr Gorbachev, and create peace with an upstairs den if you needed one!


Downstairs, with the eat in breakfast nook and the easy access bath area so the Sim working in the garage can come use the bathroom and clean up without tracking mess everywhere.
There is a den/office/music room and a formal dining room as well, and a main floor master suite with its own bath, because who wants to walk upstairs after dealing with the children that fill those upstairs bedrooms all day?!

I've included a bunch of my own walls and floors, as usual.

There is some pretty landscaping by Macarossi and Sim Veggie, and of course Inge's wonderful stairs. The meshes are included as allowed as far as I've read from the creators.
This is the first time I've included anything except Inge's stairs, but I have to say I would be miserable landscaping without Macarossi and Sim Veggie.
