Tiny, tacky trailer house

This house costs about 14k Simoleans, and is furnished well enough to start playing. There is one bedroom and one bath. It is on a 2x3 lot (the smallest lot).
I've recolored some Maxis items, no EPs installed. There's a new (colors only) bed, bedding, small table, end table, counter, countertop and futon. There are 5 new wallpapers and 4 new matching floors, all checked for horizontal seamlessness, all aside from the bathroom set rather unpretty, at least in combination (I'll admit I'm fond of the living room paper).
The futon is the ugliest futon I've ever seen, and the texture was taken from a couch online that exactly matches a couch I forced my ex to take in the divorce. (Well, I offered him $10 if he'd take it.)
All custom content is mine, checked, double-checked, and checked again just in case I have actually lost my mind, in Clean Installer.
I've got 6 trailer houses planned, with the intent of keeping them all under 20k, and three are intended to be rather tacky. This is the first, and the smallest.

(I also went back in and made the lawn more poorly maintained. The newest picture of the yard is the one with the sparse and badly cared for lawn.)
